Quality Hotel Pond

First step in to the hotel and I already felt like home. Fantastic staff with a fantastic smile on their faces and you get what you ask for. Nice bathrooms in the room, could stay in the shower for 1 hour but I didn't.

Always the friendliest welcome here, the reception can never do enough for.

I loved the small packages with clean & moisture for the face.

Excellent team working there. Very polite and professional.
